"I have guys from work stay here when they go to classes in that area. Due to weather...a flight was cancelled and no way to get there for the classes. I called the PaddleWheel to explain and they were so understanding. I assured when the next class is held that I would send the guys to stay there. They didn't question our cancelation and didn't charge the fee....due to the circumstances. I haven't met anyone there but I'm impressed just by talking with them"
